1. You must be over 16 years of age.
2. Bookings only valid for the journey stated.
3. Cam-Air-Connect Ltd is unable to carry animals, with the exception of guide dogs, without prior agreement.
4. After the first hour waiting time will be charged from £20.00 per hour, charged at 15 minute intervals and part there of.
5. Parking costs to be charged in addition to the agreed fare.
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Your order is only accepted once we confirm it to you with a booking confirmation document issued during our normal working hours. It is your responsibility to check the details are correct.
Adverse traffic conditions and other incidents beyond our control may cause delays. We will always inform you of the current status if you contact us.
If for any reason we are unable to supply the exact vehicle ordered we will upgrade to the next available vehicle size or provide a suitable alternative to accommodate you.
Cancellations will be processed uncharged if more than 24 hours notice is given. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be payable in full.
Insurance is purchased by Cam-Air-Connect Ltd in accordance with our legal responsibility. All legal liabilities to third parties to include damaged property and personal injury are covered. Our maximum liability to you for loss or damage to luggage is limited to £500.00 in total. There is no insurance cover provided for loss, damage or injury where Cam-Air-Connect Ltd has not been negligent.

This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.
Your credit or debit card is processed over a secure connection by protx, one of Europe's securest payment service providers and part of the Lloyds tsb card net system. To make sure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. You can pay for your online order using MasterCard, Solo, Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa electron and Visa Purchasing. If you travel in less than 48 hours we will call you during our normal opening hours to confirm we have sufficient capacity to handle your request. All credit/debit cards are subject to a process and administration fees charged at the current rate of 5%.
All Accounts when accepted, will be billed monthly with a fully itemised bill.
All accounts to be cleared within 28 days of invoice date.
All accounts are subject to administration costs.
Cam-Air-Connect reserves the right to refuse or terminate any account at any time.
Cam-Air-Connect Ltd will not be liable for unauthorised bookings made while password protection is de-activated.
All cash/cheques to me made payable to the driver in full on the day of travel.
If you order over the phone or online you have the right to cancel your order up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time with no penalty. Refunds will not be made where less than 24 hours notice is given.

We will refund any journeys cancelled with more than 24 hours notice in full. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.
